Safety Improvement Challenge across Ashford, West Marina and Dover. It is open to Southeastern and contractor teams. The aim is to recognise teams who identify hazards, complete safe fixes, escalate issues properly, or suggest practical improvements. This is not about blame or catching people out. It is about ownership and making our locations safer. If you spot something, fix something safely within your authority, escalate a defect, improve housekeeping, improve signage, restock a spill kit, or suggest a better way of doing something, submit it using the QR code.
