For Rail Safety Week 2026, TES 2000 kicked off the week with a safety stand-down led by a Senior Delivery Manager, tackling one of the industry’s harder conversations, the courage to challenge. From speaking up to a superior or client, to calling out a colleague or a member of the public, teams shared real stories of moments where someone stepped in and changed the outcome, reinforcing that safety is everyone’s responsibility, regardless of hierarchy or role.
