Richard Hines is our new Steering Group Chair for Rail Safety Week. This group, comprised of individuals from across all aspects of the industry, will shape the strategic direction of #RSW26 and provide valued input. Richard is Director of Railway Safety / HM Chief Inspector of Railways at Office of Rail and Road.

Brand and Digital Marketing Lead
Will is the Brand and Digital Marketing Lead for Rail Safety Week, responsible for shaping the campaign’s brand, digital presence and communications strategy. He sets the direction for RSW’s online activity, overseeing content across social media, and guiding the promotion of key campaign milestones and “What’s On” activity across the industry, including Rail Safety Week initiatives and partner-led events.

Dylan Jones
Communications Executive
Dylan is the Communications Executive for Rail Safety Week, responsible for delivering the campaign’s communications and digital activity. He leads the creation and management of content across LinkedIn, X, Instagram and periodic newsletters, coordinates “What’s On” promotion, and works closely with partners and stakeholders to ensure Rail Safety Week activity is effectively communicated and amplified across the industry.
