5 Lamps Media did a review of their safety related content.

Their suite of e-Learning courses created for Govia Thameslink Railway covers some complex issues surrounding wellbeing and safety. Frontline staff regularly have to manage many different difficult situations. The courses demonstrate how to do this with compassion, including appropriate communication techniques and active listening skills, whilst focusing on keeping themselves safe and seeking support.

The Rail Delivery Group asked them to produce e-Learning that would help frontline staff be better equipped to recognise and be aware of sexual harassment happening, and the many ways that they can make a difference. They created a variety of media to design a thought provoking and compelling course that can have a positive influence for many people.
