AGS One

During #RSW23, AGS One’s Head of Safety attended site to inspect the Pest Control team and to talk to them about the challenges they face. Working on the underground is challenging as they have a very small window to deliver the work, often between 1am and 4am. Maintaining safety standards whilst under pressure is key to what they do. Safety is paramount and making the right choices is important. AGS One shared how STAY SAFE has been their campaign for many years and they have regular safety topics that they discuss with staff monthly face-to-face, giving them the opportunity to voice their concerns. Providing regular feedback on what was good is just as important as what needs to be improved, as this helps to build trust and integrity.
