We had the opportunity to chat with some students studying for their first steps into the rail industry this week as part of Rail Safety Week 2024 on the importance of rail safety and why it is so important to them, their colleagues and our industry.

Giving them real life examples of what is expected from them, the types of roles that are available and some of the iconic sites they could end up working on.
