The DB Safety team have created a daily focussed Comms to be delivered to all staff every day of rail safety week. We will cover the importance of good communication, safety critical Comms and speaking out and up if something isn’t right, security and being vigilant, Rail Safe Friendly, Mental Health.
To support these Comms we’ve also:
– launched our brand new DB Security training on day 1 of RSW
– attended the Rail Safe Friendly presentation on Monday where we received our 2025 gold disc
– attending Rail Live and will be attending the mental health cafe slot
– will end the week by publishing our new fatigue risk management policy that includes role specific fatigue risk assessments that have been created collaboratively with Unions and management reps
