Ganymede
For #RSW23, as part of the Ganymede ethos ‘Safety First, Safety Always’, they created a series of videos highlighting the various elements of their Speak Up initiative, where they encourage their workforce to raise any concerns or questions they may have relating to all aspects of their work.
In the first video, their Head of HSEQ, Gary Lobue explained why they believe the initiative to be of critical importance. In their next video, Richard Pearson, Head of Fleet, promoted the message ‘Don’t Drive Tired’. Symptoms of fatigue include reduced alertness, poor perception and sleepiness, which can have fatal consequences when driving.
