For Rail Safety Week, Linbrooke Services Ltd Rising Star, Emily Green, took part in a site visit to the newly refurbished Neville Hill railway train maintenance depot in Osmondthorpe, Leeds, along the Leeds to Selby Line. This depot is managed by the UK rail operator Northern.

Reflecting on the experience, Emily confidently stated, “This was an invaluable opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of the rail industry. I gained insights into the unique challenges Northern faces, the significant impact of their services on the route, and their proactive approach to promoting diversity and gender equality within the centre.”
