With events both internally and externally facing, we’re discussing topics such as Trespass Reduction, Safeguarding, VAWG and supporting our charity partner White Ribbon, Incident Reporting, Health, Wellbeing and good Sleep Hygiene and more.

HSSE Director Jamie Ainsworth will be talking about “How West Midlands Trains is Tackling Trespass and Antisocial Behaviour on the Railway” as part of the Rail Safety Week Conference. Hear his speaking slot between 11:00-11:15 on Thursday 19th June.
To mark the start of Rail Safety Week, we’ve brought together voices from across our organisation in a powerful video about ‘What Safety Means’ to them. Our colleagues share their own reflections on safety, what it looks like in action, why it matters and how each of us plays a part.
Their words are honest, inspiring and a reminder that safety is a mindset, a responsibility and a commitment to one another.
Follow us throughout the week on our social media channels to see what we’re getting up to!
