Lowery’s Director responsible for Safety, Ken Henson, kicked off their RSW activities by welcoming their newly appointed Group Head of HSQE, Suzanne Kay and highlighting their “Feel emPOWERed campaign”, which is aimed at promoting staff to feel empowered and to speak up on safety issues on site. This tandem approach resulted in Lowery sending everyone home safe every day, with zero harm on any of their worksites – including HV feeders, switchgear and substations – for a period of over 15 months.
