This week we’ve been celebrating Rail Safety Week alongside the wider industry to help make the railway a safer place for everyone.

Our senior leadership team have been busy hosting online briefings, site-based workshops, and undertaking leadership tours. Matthew Broxholme, our Rail Operations Director and Matt Wright, Head of SHE Rail, visited our Gloucester Station project and shared how we keep safety at the heart of everything we do, including our STOPTHINK! Fundamentals and our safety critical communications training. We also held a Rail Leadership Team stand down afternoon where we discussed our SHE performance and how we can drive and embed our SHE improvements.
