At the weekend, Rony R and Anna Grey, representing the Young Rail Professionals (YRP) East Midlands, had a fantastic day supporting Jemma Smalls at Rail Forum, to promote Rail Safety week  We were located at Derby railway station giving out free story and adventure books, and colouring and crossword competitions for children to help promote safety around the railway. It is so important to engage younger generations in the importance of rail safety and it was great to be able to do this through chatting to passengers at the station and providing free safety story books for younger children.
