We’re leading a vital piece of research thanks to our partnership with the British Transport Police – listening directly to young people about their experiences travelling alone across the UK.

From fear to resilience, their stories are helping shape how officers safeguard vulnerable young people on the network.

This project is a powerful example of how lived experience can inform policy, improve frontline practice, and protect those most at risk.
