Throughout #RSW23, #TeamStory delivered Safety Step Up sessions on their sites, and within their offices to share lessons learnt and how they can continually improve their health and safety performance. See their map of activity here.

Story Contracting informed us that hand injuries are the number one cause of injuries on rail infrastructure!  Alongside QTS Group, BAM UK & Ireland and AmcoGiffen, in a Scotland’s Railway collaboration, they launched their ‘Safe hands campaign‘ to raise awareness of hand injuries and the types of works where injuries occur.

Tying into their activities for #RSW23, the Story Plant team proudly supported Network Rail’s Works Delivery York team at their safety stand down day at Holgate Depot. #TeamStory presented their OTP Fleet 360° camera system, giving everyone involved an understanding of what their RRV Operators see from the cab of the machine, and the importance of maintaining RRV exclusion zones. They also demonstrated their POS planning process using One Big Circle’s AIVR system to help their teams carry out their works successfully and safely out on site.
