The Rail Safe Friendly Programme

Join us at the Avanti West Coast First Class Lounge at Crewe Train Station on Monday, June 16th, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM for a special Rail Safe Friendly Programme networking event during Rail Safety Week.

This event offers partners of the Rail Safe Friendly Programme the chance to connect, receive updates, and participate in a group photo for a press release highlighting program support. The event officially starts at 10:30 AM.

The Rail Safe Friendly Programme is launching “Parent Day” on Thursday 19th June, during Rail Safety Week at Rail Live!

We’re calling on parents, grandparents, and the wider community to champion rail safety in schools. Our goal is to increase the reach of life-saving rail safety education by empowering families to engage with their local schools.

Here’s how you can get involved:
– Advocate: Contact your local schools and encourage them to sign up for the free Rail Safe Friendly Programme.
– Download & Share: Grab our free downloadable postcard from https://www.railsafefriendly.com/individuals/ and take it to your school!
– Partners, Get Involved: We urge our partners to allow employees time on June 19th to support this initiative. Share your team’s involvement and tag us using #RailSafeFriendly #RSW25 and #ParentDay.
