IKON Training

As part of Rail Safety Week, IKON Training are supporting safer rail environments through Conflict Management Training delivered to ScotRail staff. Rail specialist trainer Kevin Cook travelled from Derby to Scotland to deliver practical, scenario-based training designed to help staff recognise early signs of conflict, de-escalate challenging situations, and respond confidently under pressure. This supports safer working environments for rail staff, passengers, and the wider community.
