This year’s theme of Shared Vigilance is deeply connected to our values of Caring, Sharing, and Daring. It begins with a collective safety approach where everyone looks out for one another.

Additionally, Shared Vigilance fosters collaboration through communication. When we share observations about safety concerns, we strengthen our culture and empower each other to contribute to safety.

Lastly, it requires us to dare to speak up by addressing potentially risky situations and providing feedback.

Throughout the week, teams across our business have come together with 64,000 colleagues across the Colas group to participate in Safety Week, aiming to promote sustainable behaviour changes that will help us reach our shared goal of zero accidents.
