Platform Rail

For #RSW23, Platform Rail, a dynamic rail-education scheme connecting schools and young people to the rail industry:

• Arranged and led 9 train-trips for school groups (and no Rail Safety Week school trip is complete without the Arlo’s Adventures book!)
• Took 230 children and their teachers on those train trips
• Delivered to 400 students in workshops and events
• Attended a photo-call for a unicorn
• Released a new resource

25 parent / carer surveys asking what their child said about their #RSW23 train-trip and here’s the results!

Platform Rail also highlighted our Children’s Colouring Competition and handed out Backtrack Competition sheets.
