This Rail Safety Week the Shorterm Group Derby office took a break to focus on our mental safety
Whilst we are a Rolling Stock and Specialist Technical Engineering Recruiter most of our team are office based and we wanted to take some time to focus on the very important topic and one of the themes of this years Rail Safety Week, Mental Health & Wellbeing!

It might seem silly and like a waste of time to some, however mental health struggles can affect anyone at any time and research shows that taking regular breaks improves productivity, reduces stress levels, enhances creativity, and improves our physical health.

With this in mind, we decided to take some time out of our day to have some fun and most importantly get people talking by having everyone bring in a picture of themselves when they were young and guessing who was in each picture!
