This initiative is designed to empower our team to speak up, share insights, and help shape a safer, more responsive workplace. Every report matters — and every voice will be heard.

What’s it about?
“You Said, We Did” is our commitment to closing the loop on reported events. When staff raise concerns or suggestions, we’ll respond with clear actions and outcomes — because feedback should lead to change.
Every Monday, we send out a snap-shot of an event reported within the preivous few weeks and show our teams what we have done or are doing to address.
